Servers are provided solely for the hosting of the agreed game; they must not be used for anything other than the running of intended game.

Servers must not be used as a mirror site or download location, if you are unsure whether you may contravene this rule please email support@gaminukservers.co.uk. .

The server must not be named in any way that can be considered offensive.

The server must not be used to distribute, facilitate or store any illegal images or software. This includes pornographic material, unlicensed or counterfeit material or any material that could be considered racist or is likely to incite racist behaviour.

Offensive or abusive language will not be accepted on the forums by users or their guests.

Any user found to be using any of the above material will have their service suspended until the material has been removed, no refund will be given for server time lost.

Minimum rental period is for one month through Paypal. Your Paypal account will be billed when you order, the rental period will commence on the day your server is activated.

Activation usually occurs on the day of order but can take up to a week.

Payment for services are non-refundable or transferable unless by prior agreement.

To ensure an uninterrupted service renewal of your server must be made at least 24 hrs in advance.

We take no responsibility and can not be held liable for any expenses, costs or damages that arise from or relate to any game server software and your use of the services this includes all such items which may arise from claims by third parties.

Any maps, mods and configs you wish to upload can be done either directly using FTP, through the control panel or emailed to support@gaminukservers.co.uk.

It is the user’s responsibility to upload any updates, patches, configs, maps or mods for their server, we will offer assistance when requested to ensure your server runs smoothly.

Server slots may only be increased by additional payment for extra slots.

To ensure good housekeeping within your files map space on your server is limited to 1gb, any amount over this must be agreed on before you order.

All servers will be named “gamingukservers CLANNAME” unless the debranding option has been chosen in which case the gamingukservers part of the server name may be omitted.

Occasionally there will be problems with the telecommunication systems and computers. There may be occasions when the services or website will be inaccessible. These periods will be kept to a minimum, and where possible the user will be notified in advance. The user agrees to accept that they will have no claim for breach of contract during these periods as all accounts will be credited for any downtime incurred.

When you place an order you are agreeing to abide by the above terms of service, failure to do so will result in services being suspended and loss of any rental fees already paid.

Server Mods

Gaming Uk servers will be supplying some mods for self install from your control panel.

Mods that you upload to your servers yourself and mods from self install,
the editing of these CFG's will be done solely and entirely at your own risk.

Gaming Uk will not be held responsible for server failures due to mods that you upload yourself.

Technical help and support will only be offered on mods that we have supplied.
